Everything is made to order. Nothing is held in stock, so your size is cut for you — which means measuring first matters more here than in a normal shop.

Everything is made to order, so once the window closes nothing more is produced until the next one. Expect your kit about six weeks after the window closes.

Kit opens with registration. We'll post the window here as soon as it's set — nothing is produced before then.

When will I get it?

About six weeks after the window closes. Everything is made to order — nothing is held in stock.

Can I order any time?

No. Kit is produced in batches, so it opens and closes on set dates. The next window is always shown on this page.

Does my captain collect the money?

No. You order and pay for your own, and it ships to your address.

What if I order the wrong size?

Kit is made for you, so measuring first matters. We'll publish the full body measurements and the exchange terms on this page before ordering opens.

I'm the swimmer — where's my kit?

There's no custom swimsuit, so your team piece is the jacket. You'll be in team colours at the start and the finish.

Can I get my team's name on it?

We're confirming what personalisation our apparel partner can carry. We'll answer that here before ordering opens rather than promise something we haven't verified.
